I am a truth-seeker, soul explorer, and passionate believer in the power of movement, mindset, and spirit. My journey began on some of the world’s biggest stages and sets, where I spent two decades as a professional dancer touring and performing with global icons such as Madonna, Gwen Stefani as ANGEL of the original Harajuku Girls, Snoop Dogg, PSY and more. Dance taught me discipline, resilience, and the truth that the body holds wisdom, energy and expression beyond words.

Yoga was initially a way to balance the demands and inconsistency of a freelance dancer and also the “lifing” of life! Amidst career transition confusion and a tumultuous break up, yoga became so much more—a sanctuary of healing, growth and self-discovery. On the mat, I found space to clear, release, expand, and reconnect with the deeper layers of who I am.

Along the way, my studies in NLP and meditation with Buddhist monks shined light on the undeniable role our mindset plays in our mental health. Today, I utilize movement, mindfulness, spirituality, and mindset work to help others connect with their mind, body, and soul in a way that cultivates freedom, flow, and embodiment..
